TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD ESCAPE. WHILE DRIVING 25 MPH, THE POWER STEERING MALFUNCTIONED AND IT BECAME VERY DIFFICULT TO STEER OR TURN THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 58,000. UPDATED 01/06/2017*CT CONSUMER STATED TO FIX THIS PROBLEM PERFORMED 11-05-14 BY THE SAME DEALER. PART FAILED 10-25-16 DEALER CHARGED $729 TO FIX SAID NO WARRANTY ON PLUS TOOK 4 DAYS TO FIX $120 CAR RENTAL. UPDATED 06/25/18*JB
