TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 JEEP WRANGLER. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 10 MPH, THE STEERING BOX FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE STEERING BOX NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
