TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD ESCAPE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THEY RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V643000 (LOCKS/LINKAGES) HOWEVER, THE PART FOR THE RECALL REPAIR WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE DOOR HANDLE'S WERE PREVIOUSLY REPAIRED UNDER A RECALL. THE DETAILS OF THE FAILURE WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 9,093. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS REMEDY NOT YET AVAILABLE.
