TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 HONDA CIVIC. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE THIRD BRAKE LIGHT DETACHED FROM THE VEHICLE, WHICH CAUSED A RED GLARE THAT IMPAIRED THE CONTACT'S VISION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 500. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
