Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHRYSLER 300. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FOR THE POWER TRAIN. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR REPAIR, BUT THEY STATED THAT THE PARTS MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE END OF AUGUST. THE DEALER LATER CHANGED IT TO MID OCTOBER 2016. THE DEALER REFUSED TO RELEASE THE VEHICLE INDICATING THAT IT WAS DISASSEMBLED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER WAS UNKNOWN. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
