THE STEERING LOCKS UP!!!!!!!!!!! MANY TIMES, I JUST REPLACED THE STEERING UMP AND FLUID AND STILL LOCKS UP. AIR BAG LIGHT IS ALWAYS ON, MECHANIC CANNOT FIX
