Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHEVROLET EQUINOX. WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE, THE CHECK ENGINE AND STABILITRAK SENSOR INDICATORS WOULD RANDOMLY ILLUMINATE AND THE VEHICLE'S SPEED SUDDENLY DECREASED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS UNABLE TO BE DUPLICATED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 200,000.
