STICKY OR NOTCHED STEERING. FEELS UNSAFE. LESS THAN 35000 MILES. FROM WHAT I READ A RECALL SHOULD OCCUR. HAPPENS UNDER NORMAL DRIVING CONDITIONS. MUST BE CORRECTED BY A BMW RECALL BEFORE SERIOUS ACCIDENTS HAPPEN.
