Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE JOURNEY. WHILE DRIVING 5 MPH, THE ENGINE STALLED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED THE SECOND TIME THE VEHICLE STALLED. THERE WERE NO OTHER WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE MECHANIC DIAGNOSED THAT THE POWER TRAIN CONTROL MODULE FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,000.
