Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 NISSAN VERSA. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE AIR BAG WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND THE AIR BAG INDICATOR WAS SHUT OFF; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE CONTACT ALSO HEARD A LOUD KNOCKING NOISE IN THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE WHEN DRIVING OVER BUMPS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT THEY DETERMINED THAT THERE WAS NO FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
