TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 BUICK VERANO. WHILE DRIVING, THE CONTACT INADVERTENTLY HIT THE KEYLESS IGNITION BUTTON, WHICH RESULTED IN A LOSS OF POWER. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE VEHICLE OPERATED AS MANUFACTURED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 35,000. *JS
