TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD FUSION. WHEN ATTEMPTING TO UNLOCK THE VEHICLE, THE DOORS FAILED TO UNLOCK PROPERLY. THE CONTACT HAD TO REACH OUT THE WINDOWS AND USE THE EXTERIOR DOOR HANDLES TO EXIT THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 160,000.
