TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 HONDA ODYSSEY. AFTER SHIFTING INTO REVERSE, THE STEERING WHEEL SUDDENLY FAILED TO TURN IN EITHER DIRECTION. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 700.
