TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 JEEP COMMANDER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED TROUBLE STARTING. AFTER APPROXIMATELY 4-5 MINUTES, THE VEHICLE WAS ABLE TO START. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. PRIOR TO THE FAILURE, THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED PER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V438000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 109,022.
