TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 FORD FOCUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGER DOOR WAS NOT REMAINING SHUT PROPERLY. THE CONTACT HAD TO USE BUNGEE CORDS TO HOLD THE DOOR CLOSED AT ALL TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 33,292.
