07 DODGE CHARGER RT RADIATOR COOLING FAN BROKE APART WHILE CAR WAS IN MOTION DOWN CITY STREET AT LOW SPEED. CAR INSTANTLY OVERHEATED TO DANGER ZONE CUTTING COOLANT HOSE CAUSING A LOSS OF COOLANT.
