Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE INSTRUMENT PANEL COVER FRACTURED DUE TO DEFECTIVE MATERIAL. THE INSTRUMENT PANEL COVER WAS REPLACED TWICE; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE WAS NOT CORRECTED. ALSO, THE INTERIOR DOOR HANDLES FRACTURED AND SEPARATED FROM THE DOOR FRAMES. THE DOOR HANDLES WERE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 75,000.
