TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 TOYOTA TACOMA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE RECALL NOTICE FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V604000 (SUSPENSION) WAS RECEIVED IN FEBRUARY OF 2016. THE VEHICLE WAS INSPECTED BY THE DEALER IN APRIL OF 2016 WHO DETERMINED THAT THE LEAF SPRINGS WERE RUSTED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. AFTER CONTACTING THE DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS, THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE PARTS NEEDED TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE WERE STILL NOT AVAILABLE AND NO ESTIMATED TIME FOR RECEIVING THE PARTS COULD BE GIVEN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNAVAILABLE.
