Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD F-150. WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE, THE TURN SIGNALS WOULD NOT WORK AND THE ELECTRIC SEATS AND SIDE MIRRORS COULD NOT BE ADJUSTED. IN ADDITION, THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS AND WIPER FLUID SPRAYER ERRONEOUSLY ACTIVATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE SMART JUNCTION BOX WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,000.
