TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD FLEX. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 46 MPH, A PANEL ON THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE WINDSHIELD SUDDENLY DISLODGED FROM THE VEHICLE. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED.
