Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 JEEP COMMANDER. WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH, THE TURN SIGNALS FAILED TO ILLUMINATE. IN ADDITION THE METERS AND GAUGES DISPLAYED INCORRECT READINGS AND MULTIPLE WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED INTERMITTENTLY. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC AND MULTIPLE DEALERS WHO WERE UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE OR REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 123,000.
