TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 DODGE RAM 1500. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 45 MPH, THE DRIVESHAFT DETACHED FROM THE VEHICLE WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE REAR DIFFERENTIAL AND TRANSFER CASE HOUSING NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 160,151. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
