Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 RAM 1500. UPON THE DRIVER EXITING AND RE-ENTERING THE VEHICLE DURING INCLEMENT WEATHER, THERE WAS STANDING WATER INSIDE THE FRONT AND REAR OF THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND INDICATED THAT THE ROBOTICS OF THE WELDING FOR THE FRAME WERE FAULTY. THE MANUFACTURER AUTHORIZED AN INDEPENDENT SOURCE TO RE-WELD THE FRAME, BUT THE FAILURE CONTINUED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND PROVIDED NO REMEDY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
