TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 BUICK ENCLAVE. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED, THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR FAILED TO OPEN. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE DOOR PANEL NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 204,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
