Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 NISSAN SENTRA. WHILE REVERSING IN THE DRIVEWAY AT APPROXIMATELY 10 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE FAILED TO RESTART AND WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC AND DEALER. IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE BATTERY WAS DEAD AND THE ENGINE CONTROL MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS INVALID. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000. UDATED 09/22/16*LJ *CN
