Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD FUSION. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS STOPPED AT AN INTERSECTION, IT LOST POWER WHILE ATTEMPTING TO ACCELERATE. THE VEHICLE ROLLED AS IF IT WERE SHIFTED INTO NEUTRAL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY FAILED AND NEEDED TO REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 70,180.
