Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD FOCUS. WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH, THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO LOSE POWER. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THAT THE PCM NEEDED TO BE RECALIBRATED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. AFTER THE REPAIRS, WHILE DRIVING, THE FAILURE RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 43,000.
