FRONT CROSS MEMBER ROTTED OUT AND FAILED STATE INSPECTION. THIS CROSS MEMBER IS WHAT RACK AND PINION AND CONTROL ARMS BOLT TOO.. VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY.
