Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 JEEP COMMANDER. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED, IT FAILED TO MOVE WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ENGINE WAS DESTROYED DUE TO THE VALVE BEING VACUUMED INTO PISTON #4 AND THE ENGINE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 80,400. THE VIN WAS NOT PROVIDED.
