TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE CHARGER. WHEN THE CONTACT ACTIVATED THE AIR CONDITIONER, HOT AIR EMITTED FROM THE PASSENGER SIDE AND REAR VENTS. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT ONLY THE DRIVER SIDE VENT EMITTED COOL AIR. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 39,000.
