TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED, THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL TICKING SOUND EMITTING FROM THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TIMING CHAIN NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 129,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
