Consumer Description

WHEN I TOOK MY CAR TO THE MISSION MITSUBUSI IN SAN ANTONIO TX. IN THE GLOVE BOX OF THE CAR WAS A WEDDING RING AND IT WAS STOLEN WHILE THEY DID THE OIL CHANGE. I WAS TOLD BY MANAGEMENT THAT SINCE IT WAS IN THE CAR, THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE. I ASKED DO THE YOUR PEOPLE ALWAYS GO INTO THE GLOVE BOX? HE SAID NO, BUT THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE. I REPORTED IT TO THE POLICE AND NOTHING HAPPEN. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THESE THIEVES.
