Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FIAT 500. WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE HUBCAP DETACHED FROM THE WHEEL. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS WITH ALL THE HUBCAPS ON THE VEHICLE DETACHING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO MULTIPLE DEALERS WHO WERE UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE OR REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 25,000.
