Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER 200. WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE POWER DISTRIBUTION CENTER CONNECTORS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, AND THE TCM AND PCM NEEDED TO BE REPROGRAMMED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V470000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM); HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 14,000.
