Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 RAM 1500. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V799000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE CONTACT CALLED MORE THAN TWO DEALERS AND THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO SUPPLY THE PART WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME TO RECEIVE THE REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE A DATE THAT THE PARTS MAY BE PROVIDED TO THE DEALER. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE WHEN THE VEHICLE WOULD BE REPAIRED FOR MONTHS. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
