TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CHRYSLER 300. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS SHIFTED TO THE REVERSE POSITION, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO OPERATE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE VALVE BODY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 70,202.
