Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE RAM 2500. WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE VEHICLE BOTTOMED OUT ERRACTICALLY WITHOUT WARNING. THE FAILURE OCCURRED CONSTANTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FRONT COIL SPRINGS FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 250,000.
