CONSUMER 2012 NISSAN ROGUE WAS INVOLVED IN A LOW SPEED MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT ON AUGUST 31, 2013. THE AIRBAG SYSTEM IS BEING INVESTIGATED..*BF THE LAWYER ON BEHALF OF THE DRIVER, STATED THE AIR BAGS WERE REPLACED PRIOR TO THE COLLISION. THE DRIVER'S INJURY WAS CONSISTENT WITH DELAYED AND/OR PARTIAL DEPLOYMENT OF THE AIR BAG. CONSEQUENTLY, HER FACE STUCK THE STEERING WHEEL. *JB
