Consumer Description

THERE EIS A CLUNKING NOISE COMING FROM UNDER THE HOOD. THERE IS A METAL TO METAL CLUNKING WHEREVER THERE IS SHIFT IN DRIVE TRAIN TORQUE. TECHNICIAN SUSPECTED BAD ENGINE/TRANSMISSION MOUNT CLUNKING AGAINST THE SUBFRAME OR BODY. I'VE BROUGHT IT TO SERVICE OVER 4 TIMES AND BEEN WITHOUT MY CAR FOR OVER A MONTH AND THEY'RE SAYING IT'S AS DESIGNED.
