Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2000 PONTIAC GRAND AM. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO TURN INTO A PARKING LOT, ANOTHER VEHICLE CRASHED INTO THE REAR OF THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE. THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A CEMENT BLOCK. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED WHIPLASH THAT DID NOT REQUIRE MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 188,000. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED.
