THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE NOISE OCCURRED RANDOMLY WHILE DRIVING AND WHILE PARKED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE.
