WHEN FILLING FUEL TANK, ABOUT A HALF CUP OF FUEL COMES SPEWING FROM FILLER NECK DUE TO IMPROPER VENTING. THIS IS NOT ONLY DETRIMENTAL TO OUR ECOLOGICAL SYSTEM, IT IS A FIRE HAZARD WAITING TO HAPPEN.
