Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 HONDA ACCORD. WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE RATTLED, SHOOK, AND AN ABNORMAL SOUND EMITTED FROM THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE WITHOUT WARNING. AFTER INSPECTING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT DISCOVERED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE SUBFRAME WAS FRACTURED AND ROTTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 214,000.
