RE: FUEL - NIPPLE (MALE) COMING OUT OF TOP OF GAS TANK DISCONNECTED FROM )FEMALE) GAS LINE LEADING TO ENGINE. FIRE HAZARD. RE: ELECTRONICS - VEHICLE ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM (VATS) THIS IS A CONSTANT REOCCURRING PROBLEM, CAUSING NUMEROUS UNEXPECTED DELAYS IN CRANKING VEHICLE. SHOULD BE ELIMINATED, DISCONNECTED, RECALLED BY GM. BOTH ISSUES HAPPEN WHILE CAR IS STATIONARY AND DURING CRANKING.RE:
