THE POWER LIFT GATE FAILED ALMOST SMASHING MY CHILD. (PICKING CHILD UP FROM SCHOOL PLACING BAG IN BACK) RECALL IS OUT THERE BUT MY VIN# IS NOT IN THE RECALL. THEY KNOW THIS IS A PROBLEM BUT REFUSE TO FIX IT FOR ME BECAUSE MY VIN# ISNT ON RECALL.
