TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 CHEVROLET MALIBU. WHILE DRIVING AT 30 MPH, THE SPEEDOMETER GAUGE ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL FAILED TO INDICATE THE ACTUAL SPEED OF THE VEHICLE. THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED CONSTANTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
