Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 BUICK LUCERNE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS AN INTERNAL FAILURE WITH THE FUSES AND THAT THE FUSE BOX BURNED. IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE STALLED SEVERAL TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE CONTACT RESIDENCE DUE TO THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT REPLACED THE FUEL PUMP RELAY, FUSE BOX AND FUSES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V355000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
