THE VEHICLE FRAME HAS STRUCTURAL RUST AND THE SPARE TIRE CARRIER IS ALMOST RUSTED THRU. THE UNDER CAR SPARE TIRE CARRIER IS GETTING READY TO FALL OUT FROM THE VEHICLE.
