Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD EXPLORER. WHILE RETRIEVING ITEMS FROM THE REAR HATCH AREA, THE MECHANICAL THIRD ROW SEAT ERRONEOUSLY RAISED UP AND CAUSED THE GROCERIES TO BECOME STUCK BETWEEN THE SEAT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 6,785.
