Consumer Description
WHILE DRIVING I SMELT SOMETHING BURNING AND FOUND THAT THE HEATED SEAT OVER HEATED TO THE POINT IT MELTED ITEMS IN MY PURSE,COAT, WALLET, AND BURNT THE LEATHER SEAT. NO ONE WAS IN THE SEAT BUT I FEEL THIS IS A DEFINITE SAFETY ISSUE. I CALLED BUICK AND WAS TOLD THIS WAS NOT A RECALL ISSUE
